Keeping your account details up to date

Accurate details help us reach you about your account and confirm that it is really you when you sign in.

Name and contact details
Update your name, email address and mobile number whenever they change.
Mobile number
If you use text notifications or verification codes, make sure the number on your account is one you can receive messages on.
Need a hand?
If something on your account looks wrong, contact us and the team will help sort it out.

Text messages are optional. If you choose to opt in, The Garden will use your mobile number to send two kinds of messages:

Messages about your account, such as changes to your details.

One-time codes that confirm it is you when you sign in or make account changes.

Nothing else is sent by text. If you never opt in, you will not receive these messages.

Message frequency varies.

How many texts you receive depends on your account activity, for example how often you sign in or update your details.

Message and data rates may apply.

Any charges for sending or receiving texts come from your mobile plan. Check your plan for details.

Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
Once you reply STOP, text messages to your number end. You can opt in again later if you wish.
Reply HELP for help.
You will get a reply with information on how to reach us. You can also contact us directly.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
You never need to agree to receive texts in order to buy anything from The Garden.
